Samples may be dropped off without notification during normal working hours Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm. Samples received by Litton House reception before 4.00pm will be delivered to the laboratory the next day.
All samples must be individually airtight wrapped, have a unique identification reference and if not already bagged be of a size that will easily fit into a bag 10cm x15cm.
Samples will not be accepted if regarded as being not suitably packaged. Pre-labelled sample bags can be ordered from us using the contact form below (delivery of these are free of charge) or collected from Litton House.
Non account customers should include payment for the analysis upon delivery of samples unless agreed otherwise. Cheques to made payable to PASS (UK) Ltd. Sample analysis results will be returned by post along with recommendation and advice sheets. |
