Our surveyors hold a minimum of the BIOHS P402 (Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos). The managing director also holds the BIOHS P405 (Managing Asbestos in Buildings) and the BIOHS S301 (Asbestos and Other Fibres).

When employing surveyors we expect them to have knowledge and/or experience of building constructions gained either from a trade background or other industries. Knowing how a building is constructed enables the surveyor to carry out a more accurate asbestos survey.
